Here at Delcor, we're thrilled to announce that, in accordance with the latest government restrictions, each of our furniture showrooms across the UK are now open to members of the public.*

We want to take the time to thank each and every one of our Delcor clients for their continued support and patience and we can't wait to welcome you back to our signature furniture showrooms. Rest assured, we're still taking the necessary steps to keep both our clients and colleagues safe in-store, which involves social distancing, increased hygiene practices and PPE for our on-site colleagues across each of our showroom locations. For further information on the necessary measures we've put in place to protect our clients and staff, take a look at our in-store safety policy here.

Whilst we're still offering bespoke one-to-one consultations with our on-site furniture specialists to help you settle on a true item of luxury for your home, booking appointments are no longer necessary - as each of our showrooms has the capacity to welcome walk-ins throughout the day. Though, if you do wish to book a free, no-obligation design consultation, please use our online booking service and a member of the Delcor team will be in touch shortly to confirm your appointment.

Before you visit, take a look at our Delcor showrooms page for further information on each of our individual locations, to find opening times, parking options and other necessary information before you make the trip.

If you're shielding, or not quite ready to make the journey to our showrooms just yet, our friendly Delcor specialists are still happy to help and completely at your disposal. Whether you have a query regarding an upholstery service, or you're wanting to make a bespoke furniture order - we have the capacity to take orders over the phone, or online. Simply get in touch with our team on 0191 237 1303, or visit our contact page for further ways to get in touch.

*Please note - our Altrincham showroom is only open for customers on an appointment-only basis at the moment.

Common FAQs

I can't make my appointment, what should I do?

If you can no longer make your design consultation appointment, then please get in touch with our team in due time to cancel your booking. If you're feeling unwell on the day of your planned appointment, we urge each of our customers to cancel their booking and our furniture specialists will reorganise an appointment at a more convenient time when it is safe for you to do so. Please note - if you're shielding or unable to make an appointment, you can still place a furniture order online, or simply get in touch with one of our consultants, either over the phone or via email to discuss your order query.

What guidelines are in place to protect customers?

At Delcor, protecting our staff and our clients is of utmost importance and we've done everything in our power to ensure each of our furniture showrooms across the UK is completely safe for you to visit. Of course! Simply get in touch with one of our furniture specialists regarding an order query, either over the phone or by email and we'll shortly be in touch.

I have a current order with you – will I still receive my furniture?

While timescales may differ to what was originally quoted, our team will return to work as soon as it is safe and appropriate for them to do so and will contact clients with any proposed changes should there be any.

We’re also still accepting custom furniture orders - simply give one of our friendly furniture specialists a call to discuss your furniture specifications, or order your custom furniture online across the Delcor website.

When will you update me regarding my order?

Yes. A member of our team will contact each of our customers to bring clarity on the situation and notify clients of any expected delays if a situation should arise.
