SADLY, OUR SHOWROOMS, FACTORY & OFFICES ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSING

Our showrooms, factory & offices have remained open for as long as possible, but due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re very sad to have to let you know we’ll be temporarily closing from Monday 23rd March.

This decision has been taken on UK Government advice to help reduce the spread of the virus.

In over 50 years this is the first time we have ever had to temporarily close our doors but I am sure you will understand that this is a dangerous situation we are all facing and we need to take extreme measures and precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.

 

To our customers who have a current order with us, please note that we will fulfil your order, however this will not be within the time frame originally quoted.   Upon our return to normality, your order will receive priority action.

In the meantime, please take care of yourselves, your families and your friends and we look forward to resuming production and also welcoming you back into our showrooms when it is safe to do so.

Why are you temporarily closing?

We have kept our showrooms, factory & offices open as long as possible, but due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re very sad to have to let you know we’ll be temporarily closing from the end of the day on Monday 23rd March.

How long do you expect your shops to be closed for?

We don’t know at the moment. This is a rapidly changing situation and we will continue to follow the advice of the Government.

Has there been any Coronavirus incidents to date which has influenced this closure?    

No.  We are not aware of any incidents of coronavirus at any of our showrooms, nor our offices or factory.  We are temporarily closing our doors as an advised precaution to protect everyone.

I have a current order with you – will I still receive my furniture? Yes, although unfortunately not within the timescale originally quoted.  This is a situation completely out of our control but your order will receive priority when we are able to return to normality.

When will you update me regarding my order?  As soon as we reopen for business, we will contact all of our customers via email, telephone or post to update you on exactly where we are at that time.
